Efficiency Master Series 

Get ready to take your skills to the next level with TEES EDGE’s Efficiency Master Series! In just a few hours, you will gain career-enhancing skills in Industrial Efficiency, Change Management and Project Controls. These asynchronous courses are designed for students and professionals, working at their own pace, to take on leadership roles and optimize their work processes. Each course will be a separate session and will require a session confirmation email with a link to the

Lean Six Sigma Program

TEES EDGE offers Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belts. Organization-wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma, selection of Lean Six Sigma projects, formation of teams, project management, and Lean Six Sigma certification are discussed. In addition, TEES EDGE now offers the next crucial piece to Lean Six Sigma—Beyond Lean–>FactoryPhysics®. FactoryPhysics® is foundational to better utilizing Lean Six Sigma as it is focused on operation science.

Beyond Lean–>FactoryPhysics® | February 5-7, 2025 

Improve cashflow, revenue and profit by optimizing throughput, reducing cycle time and right-sizing inventory. This course is designed for executives, managers, engineers, and advisors involved in manufacturing, supply chain, and services businesses who look to improve the performance of production systems. Participants will learn and apply the science of operations, i.e., Operations Science, to quantitatively analyze and optimize the performance of their production systems. Examples will be provided from manufacturing, service, and project production systems.

Lean Six Sigma Online Courses

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Workshop | May 8, 2025

This short course provides an introduction to Lean Six Sigma. The history of Lean Six Sigma is discussed and the DMAIC process is introduced. Various tools used in Lean Six Sigma projects are introduced. A Lean Six Sigma case study is used to illustrate the execution of a Lean Six Sigma project. Organization-wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma, selection of Lean Six Sigma projects, formation of teams, project management, and Lean Six Sigma certification are discussed. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Yellow Belt Certificate in Lean Six Sigma. The objective of the short course is to provide basic Lean Six Sigma training to managers, executives, and those who would like to get prepared for the next level of Greenbelt training.
