Q: Where will my course materials be sent?
A: Materials are sent to the address provided during registration. If you need to update your address, please contact TEES EDGE as soon as possible to ensure materials are mailed to the proper address.
Q: What if my materials don’t arrive before the course begins?
A: You are able to follow along in the course until your materials arrive in the mail.
Q: I see that there is a course beginning today. Can I still sign up?
A: Registering for a course the same day one begins is OK. You will not have your course materials, but you will still be able to participate in the course until your materials arrive by mail.
Q: How will I know how to access the course? Will I be sent an email with instructions?
A: After you complete your registration through TEES EDGE, you will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully registered. A link to your on-line course will then be emailed to you from firstname.lastname@example.org within one business day. If you are registering for a section the same day it begins, a link to your on-line course will be emailed to you that same day prior to the start of the course.
Q: I have not seen an email come through email@example.com, and it has been more than one business day since I have registered. Why have I not received the link to my on-line course?
A: Try checking your spam, junk, or trash folders. If you still do not see the email, please contact TEES EDGE.
Q: Are there face-to-face courses being taught?
A: At this time, the courses are only taught online. Face-to-face courses will be available in 2020.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We will refund any/all fees ONLY in the event of a cancellation of the course by TEES EDGE. If you need to be transferred to another section before your course begins, please contact TEES EDGE.
